Fred Kimble

Fred Kimble, an army veteran, is a partner at The Blue House Construction + Consulting company. Mr. Kimble previously served the Baton Rouge community as a Deputy in the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office for over 8 years. In addition to patrolling and keeping the community safe, Mr. Kimble also worked as the Sheriff's Community Liaison (CPU) where he's implemented community programs that focused on bridging the gap between law enforcement and members of the community, workforce development, health and wellness, and mentorship. Mr. Kimble has mentored numerous students as part of CPU's mentoring initiatives and he has trained an additional number of individuals as they enter the workforce. Today, Mr. Kimble leads the Blue House Construction Company, managing a vast portfolio of construction projects where he is able to execute high quality projects for clients.

Iris Kimble

Mrs. Kimble is a managing partner at The Blue House Construction + Consulting company. She is an active and dedicated member and resident of the Baton Rouge community. Having worked for the Federal government for over 27 years, primarily as a budget analyst, she has also worked in contracting, human resources, and various other administrative capacities. Her expertise in these fields has allowed her to absorb a portfolio of vast work experience and knowledge and more specifically as it pertains to the federal government system and regulations that prove valuable in establishing government contract and securing grants. In addition, Mrs. Kimble has also invested into the BR community through the purchase of dilapidated and blighted properties in the North Baton Rouge area that she has rehabbed and renovated across multiple low-income neighborhoods. Mrs. Kimble also provides mentorship to tenants that she provides housing to, focusing on improving skills in goal setting and accountability, financial stability, and leadership. Mrs. Kimble also served as a board member on the Greater Baton Rouge Tennis Association for 5 years.
